Physical Trading Cards

​

  • Raw (ungraded) cards: Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if the item is significantly different from the listing description. Must be returned in original condition with all protective packaging.

  • Graded cards, sealed products, and high-value items: No returns or refunds once shipped.

  • All returns require prior approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable. A 15% restocking fee may apply on approved returns.

Event Tickets & Table Purchases

​

  • All ticket and table sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Refunds are issued only if The Lair cancels or reschedules the event.
