By accessing or using the Site, purchasing products, tickets, or tables, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
OUR SERVICE
The Lair is an online store specializing in collectible trading cards (including graded and raw Pokémon, sports cards, and other trading cards) and organizes card shows and expos. We sell physical cards and event tickets/tables through the Site.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Site and make purchases. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
USER ACCOUNTS
You may need to create an account to make purchases or access certain features. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
PRODUCT SALES

All card listings include condition details (e.g., PSA-graded, raw, etc.). We make reasonable efforts to describe items accurately and guarantee authenticity.

We ship via standard carriers. Shipping times are estimates only.

Returns & Refunds: Graded cards and sealed products are generally non-returnable once shipped. Raw cards may be eligible for return within 7 days if they arrive significantly different from the listing (contact us first). All returns are subject to our approval and a restocking fee may apply. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Event Purchases

Tickets and tables are sold for specific card shows/expos (e.g., 19th Hole Card Expo).

Purchasing a table or ticket grants entry for the date and time specified only.

Full Table Purchases: When you buy a table, you are purchasing the entire table/space. You may bring the number of guests specified at the time of purchase.

Non-Refundable: All ticket and table sales are final and non-refundable except in the following cases:

The event is cancelled by The Lair (full refund will be issued).

The event is rescheduled (you may request a refund or transfer to the new date).

No refunds will be given for no-shows, late arrival, or personal circumstances.

Tickets and tables are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to refuse entry for any reason (e.g., disruptive behavior, failure to follow venue rules).
PAYMENTS
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and any other payment methods displayed at checkout (processed securely via Wix Payments or similar). All sales are final at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the full amount.
PRICING & TAXES
Prices shown exclude applicable sales tax, which will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address (for cards) or event location. You are responsible for all taxes.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site (images, logos, text, product photos) is owned by The Lair or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You agree not to:
