SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Methods & Rates (Physical Cards Only)

  • We ship only within the United States via USPS, UPS, or FedEx (depending on package size and destination).

  • Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and shipping address.

  • Free Shipping on all orders over $150 (automatically applied at checkout).

  • Orders under $150 ship for a flat rate or calculated rate shown at checkout.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after shipping (varies by location).

Important Notes for Collectibles

  • All cards are shipped in protective sleeves, top loaders, team bags, and bubble mailers (or rigid cardboard mailers for higher-value items).

  • Graded cards (PSA, BGS, CGC, etc.) receive extra padding and double-boxing when necessary.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

Event Tickets & Table Purchases

  • Tickets and tables for our card shows/expos are digital (PDF delivered instantly via email).

  • No shipping is required for tickets or tables.

International Orders

We currently do not ship internationally. If you are outside the U.S., please do not place an order for physical cards. Event tickets may be available depending on the event.

 

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

  • All domestic shipments include tracking.

  • If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos.

  • We will work with the carrier to file a claim and will replace or refund the item once the claim is approved.
